I had been on benzos for such a long time that I had forgotten who I was without them. While on benzos I thought they were the answer to my stress and anxiety when in reality, they were much of the cause. I would spend much time either on them, or coming off of them and huge emotional rollercoaster would ensue. I sleep way better than ever before and I can tolerate my anxiety without all the physical side effects of either being on the meds or rebounding from the meds.
